WAMU is covered by FDIC as well so the savings account should be secure. I don’t know if I would move both my savings and checking account over at this time, but it does look appealing. Washington mutual had taken over the erstwhile credit card giant provident credit card and since then has climbed up to the ninth spot in rankings for credit cards in America.
